I'm so sorry about Mr. Bendijo's death. He was someone you could really look up to. He belonged to a generation of people who took work, faith, and family as a lifestyle, not words. Now, he "walks through the valley of the shadow of death, but, as the rest of that verse goes, he has nothing to fear(Psalms 23:4). Christ has gone before him, returned, and now guides Mr. Bendijo to his reward. A man who was dying alongside Jesus begged Christ to remember him. Christ promised that as soon as Christ got his reward, that man would live forever in Paradise(Luke 23:42,43). Imagine how Mary and Martha felt when Jesus brought their brother, Lazarus, back to life again (John chapter 11). Until that day when Christ will call with a loud voice and all the dead will rise (John 5:25), may God comfort you; faith and family support you. Respectfully: Robin Harris

Know that we are praying for you during the loss of your father. "Beautiful memories are wonderful things, They last till the longest day. They never wear out, they never get lost and can never be given away. To some you may be forgotten, to others a part of the past. But to those who loved you and lost you, Your memory will always last." Author Unknown

Salvador Bendijo A Tribute Sincere Assuring Loving V ictor - Never Petty or in Victim Mode, Not Sorry for himself Armor Bearer €“ Comes Along Side, Making Life Easier for Others Delightful Only wanted the best for his Children Rejoicing - Always Thankful and Grateful It is taking me a While to begin to adjust to the thought that Uncle Sal is gone. That seems so final and far away. It simply feels better to think of him as Here, because he is and was such a comfort to be near and around. Raymon, Jocelyn, Susan, Denise, Calvin, and Family, Thank You for Sharing Uncle Sal with your friends and the world. I thank God for his life, his heart, and his extraordinary example. The words one would use of him are not words you use every day or to describe most people. He was a man of integrity and character. He was a Special Man €“ Dear, Sweet, Considerate, Compassionate, Humble, Esteeming of Others. Affirming of Others and Believing the Best €“ of People and Situations. Just as the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13, he was an embodiment of Love. He LOVED God. He Loved God€™s Word and all that pertained to God€™s Word. He Loved his Children. He was Happy just to be around, by, and near to his Children and Grandchildren. One cannot easily find a person so content/ed with Life and their Family. You could not be in Uncle Sal€™s Presence and not leave more content, more wise, or more focused -Not if you truly slowed down to his pace and paid attention. It may have been the Island blood running through his veins or the Imprint of the Philippians on his heart, but Somehow Uncle Sal knew the Rhythm of God€™s heart and he lived it. My Life is enriched for having known him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lord We Thank You For Salvador Bendijo€™s Life Lord, I thank you for the Honor of Knowing Your son Salvador, who indeed lived his name. Thank you for his love and his kindness. Thank you for the financial contribution(s) he made to my ministry, the help he gave me personally, and the physical time and energy he invested in my life as well as my area of God€™s Work. Thank you that as some Serve in a Homeless shelter on holidays, he chose to do Ministry Service and came to help me as a Missionary in Atlanta. Thank you that he always told me how important my work was and that it mattered in the world and to God. Thank you for Uncle Sal€™s example of being a Caring Father and for his telling me how much he loved his children and how they meant so much to him. Thank you for how he was so proud of them, their Marriages and Ministries. Thank you that he loved being a grandfather and joyfully told of how much he loved his grandchildren. Thank you Lord for what I have learned from Uncle Sal and for what I will continue to learn from what he wrote in letter form or from remembering words of wisdom he shared. Thank you for his thoughtfulness and his prayers. Thank you for his Jokes, the Laughs, and the Memories. Thank you that the world is a better place because he was here and because his legacy will go on in the exemplary lives of his children and the love he imparted to his grandchildren. Thank you for your goodness Lord in Blessing us with Salvador Bendijo€™s life for such a Beautiful Season. Thank you Lord.
