Frankie was born and raised in Soddy-Daisy. She married Larry Pope in 1975 and moved to St. Elmo. She retired from the insurance industry after more than 30 years of service.

She co-authored the St. Elmo Story from which the proceeds of that book started the painting and restoration of St. Elmo. Frankie feels honored to be able to serve the families of her home town and now the families of St. Elmo/Lookout Mountain.

She states, “I never thought working at a funeral home could bring you joy, but, when you can give someone with a broken heart any amount of comfort, it’s a blessing”.

She has been a part of the Wann/Legacy team since 2013.
