Cade is a 5th generation funeral service professional and owner of Legacy Funeral Home & Cremation Center and Wann Funeral Home & Cremation Center. He received his degree in Mortuary Science from John A. Gupton College in Nashville, Tennessee.
He is pleased to be able to present to our community the outstanding professionalism and kindness of our staffs, our modern and immaculate facilities and our unprecedented Signature Services Program.
Cade is a past master and member of Daisy Lodge #706 F&AM, Selected Independent Funeral Homes, The National Funeral Directors Association and The Tennessee Independent Funeral Group.

Shawn received her Mortuary Science degree from John A. Gupton College in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been awarded the "Certified Preplanning Consultant" (CPC) designation. She is a member of the Daisy Woman's Club, Daisy Order of the Eastern Star #328, The National Funeral Directors Association, Selected Independent Funeral Homes and The Tennessee Independent Funeral Group. She and her husband, Cade, are the owners of Legacy Funeral Home & Cremation Center and Wann Funeral Home & Cremation Center and are members of Dallas Bay Baptist Church. They have one son, Jacob.

Jamey Eggert is a native of Jasper, Tennessee and graduated from John A. Gupton College, Class of 2007. He is a member of McKendree United Methodist Church and a former United Methodist Pastor. Jamey is a ordained minister. He has been a funeral director in Tennessee since 2000 and is dual licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia.
Frankie was born and raised in Soddy-Daisy. She married Larry Pope in 1975 and moved to St. Elmo. She retired from the insurance industry after more than 30 years of service.
She co-authored the St. Elmo Story from which the proceeds of that book started the painting and restoration of St. Elmo. Frankie feels honored to be able to serve the families of her home town and now the families of St. Elmo/Lookout Mountain.
She states, “I never thought working at a funeral home could bring you joy, but, when you can give someone with a broken heart any amount of comfort, it’s a blessing”.
She has been a part of the Wann/Legacy team since 2013.
Buddy is retired from Alstom Power after 44 years of service. He is very active in Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle where he is a deacon, Sunday School Teacher and serves in many other positions as needed.
Buddy has been married to his wife, Judy for 50 years. He is the father of Mike and Andy, the grandfather of Kristin Priest, Ryn Marie King and Harrison Collier. He is the great-grandfather of Sophia Stubblefield and Zoey Priest.
Buddy and his wife, Judy have been working at Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center since October 2010 and enjoy doing their part in helping families during this painful time in their life.
Vernon, a Soddy-Daisy native, joined our Legacy family in 2006. He is very active in local prison ministries, health care facility ministries and church ministries. Vernon and his wife, Linda, are members of Calvary Baptist Church. They reside in Soddy-Daisy.
