Our lives were enriched by our friendship with you. Your love for us is very special. We know that you are with our Lord now and this is our only comfort. Not being able to see you and talk to you is difficult and our lives will not be the same without you. We love you and miss you and you will always be in our hearts.

I rode with Bob, Butch, Larry and others several times and was always impressed with Bob's generous heart. My first set of saddle bags were given to me by Bob. A gracious spirit, a generous heart, and a easy going guy. I will miss Bob and this world has lost a great man. I pray that God will comfort you during this time of grief.

To Bob's family, we just wanted to send our condolences. We loved Bob and enjoyed bowling on the Radio Have a Ball League with him. He was always the first to say hi and ask how we were doing and always the first to congratulate us no matter how bad we were... He will be greatly missed and we are terribly sorry for your loss. We know the family is hurting at this time, and all are certainly in our prayers. Bob helped to shape our own personal ministry, and our times we had together will always be fond and cherished. We hope the family can find comfort in Our Lord during their time of sorrows. God bless you all.

Dear Family, I was so upset to hear the terrible news. My heart goes out to you all. I have know Bob as long as Sonya and I have been Best friends. All the way back to when we first met in the 7th grade. He was like a father-figure to me. I can still remember the first time I attended church services with the family and it wasn't my desire to "have" to wear a dress, but he said "Humor me." I felt like saying "Ok Dad!" I often listened to the family play their music together and went on trips with them to local nursing homes to hear them play for others. It was a real joy. He was so talented and in-turn has passed it along to his family. He has touched so many. Those who got to know him were truly blessed. My heart breaks for you all. Especially you, Sonya. I love you all. Sincerely, Aimee Durden

I road with Bob on several occasions and will miss his consistent smile and humor. Always a laugh, always a kind word, always a word of good advice. At my last hair cut he asked me to pray for him. I told him then that I always prayed for my friends. He will be greatly missed.
