Barbara and Carlos - I'm heartbroken to learn of Matt's death and there are not adequate words to express my sadness. So very sorry for your loss. I have always had very fond memories of Matt and the few times I was fortunate enough to see him out somewhere, was such a pleasure. We were nearly inseparable during late teens and early twenties. He made a positive impact on me but we lost track of one another for many years. Fortunately, we rekindled a few years ago via the phone but Sadly I was not able to see him. Love Matt like a brother and I miss him. I grew up right a long with the Wilson kids and Matt’s parents were like my own. Matt and I were first loves and I would have never wanted it any other way. RIP my beautiful boy!! My condolences to the Wilson family and his sweet daughter’s.

I grew up across the street from Matt and Angie. Laney was my childhood best friend and I will always have love in my heart for the Wilson family. I will never forget knocking on their front door to Matt making silly faces at me from the window or Matt and Angie setting up the most elaborate Halloween decorations in the neighborhood.
