Obituary of Sam Keylon

Sam Keylon, age 71, of Hixson passed away on Monday, March 14th at his home surrounded by his family. Sam was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His real passion was working alongside his son, Tad, building several hot rod cars over the years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jehu and Louise Keylon; brothers, Charles Keylon and Donnie Keylon; and sister, Clarcey Eustice. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Keylon; son, Tad Keylon; brother, John “PeeWee” Keylon; sister, Carolyn Splawn and Stella Keylon; nephew, Todd Keylon; granddaughters, Raven and Falyn Keylon; and several nieces and nephews. A family visitation and service with Rev. Gary Shirley officiating will be held privately.
