Growing up my Dad was always my hero. From teaching me the simplest of things like throwing a football to the more difficult such as rebuilding motors and working on cars, his mechanical ability could not be measured. I wish I could be just half the man he was then I know I could handle whatever life throws at me. Two days prior to his passing I thanked him for everything he had done for me. I also promised him that I would take care of Mom and everything that needed to be done and try to mend anything that wasn’t right. I will miss you daddy and I love you.
