Ned was our neighbor at Kiva until he moved to be with his grands. We loved and enjoyed him during our time together. My sincere condolences to you all.

Ned was a great American and patriot!!! He was always kind and considerate!!! Ned spent many years in Louisiana... yes he did, where he and Naomi showed their Southern Hospitality at their house, Bayou DeSiard Country Club and Lotus Club in downtown Monroe to mention a few! Ned I will miss your conservative spirit and your caring heart!
