I JUST DISCOVERED THIS ACCIDENTALLY --OR THROUGH SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE? BUT I REGRET THAT THE NICE DOCTOR HAD TO SUFFER FOR A YEAR WITH THE HORRIBLE CONDITION. I ONLY SAW HIM ABOUT THREE TIMES BUT HE HELPED TO SAVE MY LIFE AND MANY OTHERS. DR. HOWELL DALTON SENT ME TO DR. DILWORTH TO BIOPSY MY PROSTATE GLAND. ( POOR DR. DALTON DIED IN HIS OWN OFFICE OF A RUPTURED BRAIN ONE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS--I THINK--ABOUT 2009. HE WAS A GOOD DOCTOR ALSO AND MIXED A PAIN KILLER WITH THE KNEE INJECTION.) I ASK DOCTOR DILWORTH IF HE COULD ADD A PAIN KILLER TO THE PROCEDURE. THANKFULLY, HE HAD STARTED DOING THAT ABOUT THREE MONTHS EARLIER. I WENT TO HIM ABOUT 2008 AND HAD HEARD ALL THE TALES ABOUT HOW SEVERELY PAINFUL THE PROCEDURE WAS BUT WHEN I WAS LEAVIING HIS OFFICE, I ALMOST LAUGHED OUTLOUD BECAUSE I DIDN'T SUFFER AT ALL. I THANK GOD THAT MR. DILWORTH BECAME A PHYSICIAN AND I PRAY THAT GOD WILL BLESS ALL OF HIS SURVIVING FAMILY. LOVE, JAMES R. McCLURE

His mother, Marilyn was my boss at Baptist East. I remember when he was on his way to the Mayo Clinic. She was very proud.

Dr Dilworth has been my Urologist for many years seeing me through numerous surgeries. Best bedside manner EVER in a physician. Always caring and listened with heart. Sure will miss this remarkable doc. Rest In Peace. Praying for the family.
