I am so sorry to hear about Arlen's passing. I only just found out. Please know that Arlen held a special place in my heart and was such an interesting, kind, and generous person to me as well as my family. We will miss him.

Arlen and I grew up in St. Elmo together and attended St. Elmo Grammar School and Lookout Jr. High School together.
Arlen was a good man, and I know he will be missed by his many friends and of course his family. Arlen was a man of faith, and hopefully your faith will be a source of strength during this time of sadness.

Maria, I was so sadden to hear of Arlen's passing just Thirsday at the radio club meeting. I had talked with him about two weeks ago, he did sound like he was struggling with his words. I am sure with your families strong faith you know where he is and out of pain. I just sat here and watched the whole video they put together for you guys and you know Arlen was proud of you and your family. Arlen was a great ham friend and a customer at one time. WB4IEJ
I'm so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. The loss of a loved can be so overwhelming. But know that the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians1:3,4) knows your pain. By going to his word, we are assured that we'll see our loved ones again. (John 5:28,29) My sincere condolences.
