Obituary of Kenneth Wayne Davis

Kenneth Wayne Davis, 61, of Soddy Daisy passed away early Saturday morning (July 21st, 2018) at his home.

 

He was born in Graysville, TN on February 8, 1957, the son of the late Curtis and Mabel Davis. He was retired from TVA after nearly 40 years of service at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. He enjoyed golf, travelling with his wife, and craftsmanship.

 

He is survived by Celeste, his wife of 35 years, and his daughter and son-in-law Sasha and Andrew Wood. He is survived by sisters Rhonda (Terry) Land and Caroline Facundus, brothers Curtis (Theresa) Davis, and Leon Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other beloved family, including Helen Hodge, Debbie (Roger) Pendergrass, and Jesse Wade (Ashley) Johnson.

 

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Legacy Funeral Home chapel.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral Home.

 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75231 or McKamey Animal Center, 4500 North Access Road Chattanooga, TN 37415
