I had the honor of working with Kenny for 15 years. He was a great mentor and teacher, passionate about his craft. Even after 40 years he always strived to learn more and never hessitated to share his knowledge. I enjoyed night shift Google maps, seeing where all he had been and where his next cruise was taking him. He will be deeply missed.

I learned a lot from Kenny and really enjoyed playing golf with him and Jack. I have never met a more knowledgeable craftsman that had the heart of a teacher. Will miss him.

Kenny was a true blessing full of knowledge for TVA an excellent craftsman and foreman. I worked for Kenny the first five years of my TVA carrier and I was able to learn more from him than any text book or lesson plan could ever teach.
I am very blessed to have ever known him and call him a friend. I am also very thank full that I was fortunate enough to have run into him last Thursday and chat for about 20 minutes.
Kenny will be deeply missed.

Kenny was great friend, mentor and coworker for over 27 years. The amount of knowledge and skill that he was able to pass on to my self and others that he mentored and worked with will never be surpassed.it was an honor to work with and for him, but it was bigger honor to call him my friend and brother, he will be terribly missed.

I worked with Ken for 6 years at Sequoyah and remember nothing but great things about him. Once, I remember him leading a brief for backseating reactor coolant pumps and someone challenged him on one of the things he stated and asked "why?"... in true Ken fashion, he quickly stated "Because I said so!". It was hilarious and, in reality, Ken was correct.
I saw Ken many times after he retired and ran into him at Southern Restaurant, I asked him how retired life was treating him. He said he loved the time off and was working on his golf game. It was a joy seeing him contracting back at Sequoyah during outage timeframes.
Ken was a good soul who will be missed. I know for sure, in the future, when I call the mechanical maintenance foreman office, I will secretly wish for a rowdy "This is Ken" on the other end ...

I had the pleasure, and honor to work with Kenny for 33 years. Kenny was a true craftsman, and also a great friend. Anything Kenny did in his life was done to perfection. He loved a challenge, and never refused to quit. Many of the people that followed Kenny in his work, are better men for that. Kenny will be missed by us all. Kenny was my friend, my mentor, and for many years he was my Boss. I'm so very thankful that I got to work for him and beside him for 15 years. I'm thankful for the knowledge he eagerly passed on to me personally and to many other mechanics who worked for him. He was absolutely brilliant. My heart goes out to Celeste and Sasha and all the family members. I know how much he touched my life and what he meant to me, and I will miss his wit, his laugh, his guidance, and his unique and often "colorful" way of chewing me out when I made a mistake. Most of all I will just miss the great man that i called Boss.

Ken was one of those people that you loved to be around. Was the best machinist I have ever been around. I had the chance to play golf with him and there was never a dull moment on the coarse.
