Obituary of Bill Bragg

Bill Bragg, 65, of Ooltewah and formerly of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012. He retired from Combustion Engineering after thirty six years of service. Bill served as a commissioner for the Cherokee Area of Boy Scouts of America for many years. He also brought joy to many area children over the years by being Santa Claus during the Christmas season. Survivors include his son, Braxton (Jennifer) Bragg of Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Emalee (David) Reardon of Ooltewah; brother, Warren Edward Bragg of Nashville; sister, Carol Grant of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Alex, Baylie, Jamason, Blake and Eve. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Bill Goins and Keith Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Varner Cemetery.
