I was blessed to meet Bill when I worked at the council office and he became a close friend of mine. He always brighten my day and we loved laughing together. He was very good to me and I will miss him greatly. He was a great man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely, The entire Mitchell family.
Bill was a wonderful scout leader and human being who touched the lives of so many of us in a very positive way. He led the way, graciously, for many young scouts to see first hand through his excellent example what the true meaning of the scout oath and laws really are. He will be sorely missed! I have many memories of Bill in Scouting, but the most time I was able to spend with him was serving as Asst. Quartermasters at Woodbadge. Bill was a wonderful man and he will be missed.
