Ronnie Dale "Pete" Downey, 39, of Chattanooga passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Alma Downey. Survivors include his wife, Shannon Downey; step-children, Scotty, Dakota, Paige and Alyssa James; sisters, Gail Holden, Beth Shavers and Jerri Downey. Graveside services will be held at 11AM on Monday at Pleasant View Cemetery with Bro. T.J. Thomas and Bro. Donnie Goins officiating. The family will receive friends from 9-10:30 AM on Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
