Max cried when he met me. The day I met Max, Donna had cooked some chili and invited Jenifer and I over. As we walked into the kitchen, I saw a tall thin man with a long pony tail. Not what I had expected but I was there for the food anyway. I sat down to the table and made myself a heaping bowl of Donna's finest chili. As I prepared myself for what would be my first dinner with my future in-laws, Max said " Hey boy, try some of this". I was always willing to try something new, so why not. I then grabbed the bottle of hot sauce he was holding out for me, and gave myself about 5 drops of what would be nuclear waste, I think. I heard max say under his breath "you done f'd up now". I blew him off with a shrug. I put the spoon in my mouth, and immediately started to dry heave. Now I was snotting from every hole in my face. Remember I just met Max 1 minute ago, I get all the tears out of my eyes and get a look at Max and He is laughing so hard he also has tears in his eyes. This would be the only time I saw tears in his eyes. So, Max cried when he met me, but it was tears of laughter.
