Melissa Jean Angel, 39, of Sale Creek left this life to be with her Lord on Sunday evening, January 23 surrounded by her family and friends. Melissa was a devoted wife, a loving mother and a faithful member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church. She was gifted with the love of nature and photography. She is survived by her husband, Donnie; her two daughters, Ashley and Destiny and her son, Zachariah. She also leaves her mother, Frieda McDaniel and father, Steve Fraim. Her sister, Heather Owenby Shaver and brother Brent Dillard. Melissa's service will be held at Dallas Bay Baptist Church on Thursday morning at 11:00 AM with Dr. David McNabb officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home and from 10 AM until the time of the service Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, her family is requesting memorial contributions be made to the Melissa Angel benefit fund. Donations may be made at any branch of Suntrust Bank.
