Jeannette Marie McDaniel, 57, of Hixson passed away Sunday, November 8, 2009 at her residence. Jeannette was a Free Lance Writer and was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her husband, Charles B. McDaniel, Sr. of Hixson; sons, Charles B. McDaniel, Jr. of Rossville and Jeremy McDaniel of Hixson; daughter, Cortney Moody of Hixson; brother, Larry Jeziak of Detroit, Michigan and six grandchildren. A Celebration of her life service will be announced at a later date. The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 6221 Shallowford Road, Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37421 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O.
