Larry was as big as life and I always had to smile when I saw him. I guess since he didn't have his own little sister he felt obliged to torment and embarrass me throughout my childhood...all in good fun. The world just lost one of the good guys. Rest in peace Larry. Love, Mary Hanley

My sincere condolences to Larry's family. I have very fond memories of Larry since I was a young boy growing up in Katonah and joining him in KFD in 1978. A wonderful man who will always be remembered lovingly.

Dear Kathy, We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Larry was one of those very special people whom everyone loved. He was so happy to attend our 45th John Jay Class Reunion in 2007 and reconnect with former classmates. He will be missed and remembered in our prayers. Carol and Peter Marsland

Dear Kathy, We so enjoyed visiting with you and Larry at the class reunion. Larry was always such a joyful person. I can still remember him getting the whole class laughing by wiggling his ears in grade school. I'm sure he brought joy to all who knew him. Our prayers are with you and your family at this time of sorrow. Love and prayers, Brenda and John

To be concise, Larry was a big man with a bigger heart. My sense is that he gave a LOT more than he received. In the accounting of a life, Larry's life added more to the planet than he drew from it. This is the hallmark of a life well lived.

My fondest memories of Larry where at John Jay and more so on the football field. Larry was a great friend in high school and in later years I got to know how special a friend he was. My deepest sympathy to all of his family.

Larry's family, I am sorry to learn of Larry's passing. We grew up together hanging aorund Phelps drug store in Katonah and later as football teammates @ John Jay. Our fathers were friends as well. Larry was a great guy, always with a laugh and a terrific, tough competitor on the football field. I will remember him, always. Rich Duffy
