Obituary of Joan Hair

Joan Spencer Hair, 76 of Soddy-Daisy and originally of Flint, North Wales, passed unexpectedly into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, June 29, 2008, in a local hospital. Surviving are her husband, Glenn S. Hair of Soddy-Daisy; sisters, Sheila Adamson of Hawarden, North Wales and Rhonda Kilkenney of Manchester, England; sons, Glenn Hair, Jr. of Sacramento, CA; daughters, Yvonne Tucker and Catherine Hazard, both of Soddy-Daisy and Mandy Dupertuis of McDonough, GA; nine grandchildren and two great-grandsons. Memorial Services will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bill Greer, Minister of Soddy Church of Christ where Joan was a faithful member. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee 37379.
