Donna Jean Workman, 69 of Harrison passed away Saturday, May 17, 2008 in an area hospital.
She was preceded in death by a son, Gregg Workman.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Workman of Harrison; son, Shawn Workman of Harrison; daughters, Laura Mathews of Centreville, Virginia; Christine Davis of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Sandra Padilla of Mesa, Arizona; Cynthia Gaede of Albuquerque, New Mexico; brothers, Ronald Van Dyke of Mesa, Arizona and Robert Van Dyke of Sun City, California; sisters, Barbara Hardy of Palmetto, Florida and Sharon Sweazy of Columbus, Ohio; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be announced at a later date.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of memorial contributions to the American Lung Association, 3334 Ringgold Road Suite 105, Chattanooga, TN 37412.
