Obituary of Carole Louise Dodd

Carole Louise Dodd, 69, of Soddy-Daisy went home to be with her lord and family on Monday night, March 24, 2008 at her home with her daughter, Sharon and special grandson, Jeremy by her side. She was born July 25th 1938 to the late Andrew and Susie Conner. Louise was married to Clinton Dodd for 54 years and had a passion for helping others. She had her grandson, Jeremy near her for all his life. Her kindness and love will be missed. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Clinton just seven months ago. baby daughter, Judith Ann; brothers, Jack, Roy, Bill and Beecher Conner; sisters, Ola Cox and Rahe Dean Smith. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Tony Cardenas of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Jeremy and Timothy Gamble and Cody Cardenas; brother, Oscar (Dot) Conner of Hixson; 3 great-grandchildren; special niece and her family, Pattie (Herbert) Brown, Susan, Ginger, Michael, Kaylee and Ethan. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m.Thursday, March 27, 2008 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Don Lasley officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery.
