Obituary of Alyene Francis Vickery

Alyene Francis Vickery, 72, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2007 at her residence. She was a member of Sanctuary Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Vickery; infant son, Billy Joe Keylon; parents, Fred and Mazie Bice Walker; sister, Eula Smith and brothers, Oscar Walker and Billy Walker. She is survived by her sons, Jeff (Kim) Keylon of Chattanooga; Steve (Paula) Keylon of Lakesite; Vince (Micky) Vickery and Sam (Valerie) Vickery, all of Soddy-Daisy; brother, Earl Walker of Red Bank; sister, Lela Eubanks of Soddy-Daisy; step-daughter, Kay Nabors of Hixson; grandchildren, Greg Smith, Sonya McCurdy, Steve and Terra Keylon, Lindsay Keylon, Kirk Vickery, Kailyn, Trey and Ryan Vickery. great-grandchildren, Tyler and Aaron McCurdy, Kasey Holt, Megan and Caleb Smith; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Melvin Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-9 PM today and from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
