Rachel Ann Coots, 31, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Saturday, September 22, 2007.
She is survived by her children, Jacob Riness and Autumn Holt; mother, Patricia Coots; brothers, Tron, Adama and Jason Coots; grandmother, Peggy Woodfine; Uncle, Michael Woodfine; several cousins.
Funeral services will be held 7:00 PM Thursday at Cross of Calvary Community Church with Rev. Kenneth Morgan officiating. Interment will be 10:00 A.M. Friday in Chattanooga Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until service time at the church. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of memorial contributions in her memory to Cross of Calvary Community Church, 1853 Thrasher Pike, Hixson, Tennessee 37343
