William "Tom" Gann, 74, of Soddy Daisy, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of Rechoboth Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. He is survived by his wife, Betty C. Gann and three daughters, Carolyn (Greg) Compton, Gail (Ronnie) Hankins, both of Soddy Daisy and Jan (Charlie) Mitchell, Graysville; grandchildren, Stephanie Shannon, Wendy O�Keefe, Adena Walthers, Jessica Leonard, Emily Hankins, Amy Compton; great grandchildren, Summer Shannon, McKenzie Walthers, Codi Leonard, Autumn Pelfrey, Luke Pelfrey, Abigail O�Keefe. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the H. Clay Evans Cancer Center, 2525 DeSales Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Paul Forgey officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 � 9 PM at Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379, 423/843-2525.
