Obituary of Kenneth Joe Sullivan

Kenneth J. Sullivan, 79, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007 at his home. He was born January 30, 1928 in Pontotoc, MS and attended High School in Ecru, MS. Kenneth was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. He was a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church and retired upholsterer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ola Tutor Sullivan and Fredrick Earl Sullivan and brother, James Sullivan. Survivors include his wife, Darra Nell Carter Sullian of Soddy-Daisy; children, Vicki Sullivan Armour (Sam) of Lakesite, TN; Kay Sullivan Rolen (Ron) of Newnan, GA; grandchildren, Kimberly Collins Anderson (Eric) of Chattanooga, TN; Kristin Anderson Loving (Sam) of Newnan, GA; 5 great-grandchildren of Chattanoooga and Newnan, GA; brother, Waymon Sullivan (Betty) of Cheyenne, WY; sister, Polly Sullivan Litton, Cordova, TN and 9 nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, February 12, 2007 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jason Robertson officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service. The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to Dallas Bay Baptist Church Building Fund, 8305 Daisy Dallas Road, Hixson, TN 37343.
