Obituary of James Marion Brown

James Marion Brown, 75, of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in an area hospital. Mr. Brown retired from U.S. Pipe after thirty one years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Bessie Brown; sister, Jeanne Smith.
Survivors include his son, Mike (Dawn) Brown of Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Teresa (Eric) Strecker; brother, Wayne Brown, all of Soddy-Daisy; sisters Joyce Pickett, of Soddy-Daisy, Susie Russell of Rossville and Peggy Price of Birchwood; nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Calvin Nunley officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
