Alma Lois Kennedy, 77, of Soddy-Daisy passed away on August 7, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 22, 1940 to Floyd Davis and Tilda Eustice in Soddy, Tennessee. She will be remembered for her contagious laughter and as a wonderful mother, sister, aunt and loving grandmother. Preceding her in death were her father. mother, sister, Marguerite Wilson, Beatie Lewis, Allie Ruth Fling, her twin, Peggy Joyce Davis; brothers, Lonnie Davis Tommy Davis, Harold "Craze" Davis and Bobby L, Davis. Survivors include her daughters, Vicki (Ronny) Henderson and Penny (Jimmy) Upton; son, Michael Kennedy, all of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Melanie (Michael) Duquette, Lauren Upton and Christy Kennedy; great-grandchildren, Christian and Madison Duquette and Shyanne and Koda James; several nieces and nephews. sister-in-law, Myrtle Davis. The family would like to thank the Hospice of Chattanooga staff for all of the love and support shown to Lois and them. Memorial contributions may be made to hospice of Chattanooga.
