Obituary of Annie Lou Harris

Annie Lou Harris went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 17, 2017. Mrs. Harris was born May 20, 1922 to the late Lonnie and Mary Raines. She was a long time member of Lookout Valley Church of God of Prophecy. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who was loved by many. Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Harris; daughter, Edna Harris; sons, Gerald and David Harris; grandsons, Stephen Eric Roberson and Lee Harris. Survivors include her son, Lonnie Harris; daughters, Helen Gray and Lois Roberson; grandchildren, Melissa Croft, Jennifer Davis, Garry Gray, Jr., Rita Dagnan, Eddie Harris, Gerald Lee Harris, Jr., Kim Moore, Karen Mitchell and Lisa Ferguson; fourteen great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas Raines and Marshall Raines; sisters, Juanita Dagnan, Debbie Kennedy, Renee Tuders, Diane Davis, Sharon Yarbrough and Tina Tumlin. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor James Blackmon officiating. Interment will follow in Boydston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Tuesday and 10 AM until the service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
