Maudie was among the first friends we had in Sunbright more than 50 years ago, and has remained a powerful sister in the Lord ever since. Her strong faith, her compassion, and her beautiful voice singing hymns are some of the favorite things I remember. She was an encourager and teacher with Caribbean College of the Bible, and had a great love for missions. We loved Maudie dearly.

Maudie was a 2nd Mom to several of us, being the sweet kind soul that she was, she always had an open ear and a place at her table to offer you. I loved and respected this woman dearly! R.I.P. Maudie, you will be dearly missed! Jason, John and family, I am so terribly sorry for your loss, your Mom was an amazing woman! You and yours are in our prayers!

Deepest Sympathy to Jason and John and the family. This lady was one of a kind and loved by so many. I'll never forget her warmth, sincere friendliness, and talents and no matter how bad she felt she always had a sweet smile and a bright "Hello". She is preceded by a great Christian testimony. God Bless You Jason and all the family. Love, Stephanie Hyder Francisco

To my beautiful Aunt Maudie...Such a wonderful LIGHT to all around her. She always had a SMILE to share. She was always there to give a helping hand when needed. She was always loving, warm and saw the best in people. She was always wonderful to me. Growing up as a child, she would pick my sister and I up for weekends to visit and take us home on Monday morning before she went into work. When my Mom was having a hard time, she let my sister and I live with them. I will never forget the sweet things she did for us during that time. She always remembered my birthday and shared Avon gifts she had for me. She never forgot my birthday. I wish I could have finished my piano lessons with her. I always wanted to learn how to play and be just like her. I learned so much from her. Too many things to list. I especially remember her love for the Lord and her walk with Him. I know she is in a much better place, but she will surely be missed here on this earth. I hope she is singing sweetly among the angels. God has gained a precious soul. With all my love, your niece Kimberly Cox❤

My sympathies to John and Jason and families. Your mom was a treasure and I will always remember how caring and kind she was to my mom when Maude worked at Dr. Pallas's office. All we had to do was call Maude and she always helped, and mom loved her. So sorry for your loss.

Maudie was one of the most prescious person to walk the face of the earth. She was a wonderful Christian and was always willing to help someone in need. She was my sister's best fiend and she could sing like an angel. Her personality was contagious, if you were around her you had to be in good spirits because she always was. Her family and friends will miss her immensely. Marty Holloway
