I’m so terribly sad to find out about Shelly’s passing. Shelly was my greatest tennis partner and friend in GA. After many years I finally was able to reconnect and it meant the world to me. Afterwards my efforts to communicate with her went unanswered. I missed her and always will she was a very important part of my lfe. Gone way to soon.
Though I know that this is a difficult time for you, my hope is that you will be comforted from God's inspired word the Bible. John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21: 3,4 gives hope of a future resurrection and the complete elimination of death, pain and mourning. My first childhood sweetheart, Shelley and I grew up together as neighbors. We went our separate ways after high school, but got to know each other again later on in life. I'll miss the days of the Tennessee gals coming out to her lake place at Bead lake and the singing at the Linger Lounger in Spirit Lake. Shelley was a beautiful woman inside and out and I'll miss her dearly. My only regret is not knowing she was sick and not having a chance to say goodby. " Goodby Shelley, I'll see you later". Shelly, Sweet, funny, loving Shelly! You were such an amazing person, always full of energy and never once did you give up despite adverse times. I can't believe that you are not among us anymore. I hope you knew how much I appreciated your friendship. I love you and will always remember you and carry in my heart.
