Obituary of Jenice W. Freshour

Jenice Freshour, 82 of Hixson went to her Heavenly Home on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. A very special mother, Jenice never met a stranger. She worked at J. C. Penney's at Northgate for 20 plus years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oran and Alvarene Waldrop, husband, Richard Freshour, and brother, Michael Waldrop.
Survivors include her daughters, Pam Freshour, and Toby (David) Smith; grandsons, Gregory Parker and Corey (Tori) Smith; great grandchildren Kayden and Lindsey Parker, Della Smith; all of Hixson, and Tanner Parker, of Kentucky, and several other family members from Alabama and Tennessee.
Services will be held at 11:00 A. M., Friday, December 16, 2016 in the chapel of Legacy Funeral Home with Pastor Al Eddy officiating. Interment will follow in National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 P. M. Thursday at Legacy Funeral Home.
