Obituary of William O. Kelsay

William Kelsay, Sr., 85 of Chattanooga passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016. He was a member of Hixson Baptist Church. He retired from EPB after 34 years of service and was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Carrie (Becky) Swearingen Kelsay.
Survivors include his daughter, Judy (Charles) Talafuse, Lewisville, TX; sons, William Kelsay, Jr. and Donald Allen Kelsay, both of Soddy Daisy; sisters, Louise Prather, Middleburg, FL, Dorothy Sweeney, Rossville, GA; grandson, Eric Talafuse, Soddy Daisy; great grandchildren, Erica and Mandy Talafuse; great great grandsons, Connar Talafuse. and Isik Orman Webb.
Services will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, November 23, 2016 in the chapel of Legacy Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 10 A. M. till 12 Noon Wednesday at Legacy Funeral Home.
