A: Knew RL as a friend and work associate for the better part of 20 years with DCMA in Huntsville, AL. Still remember asking him about an Army Inspector General position. His response was, "I was that Inspector General."
He was a special man and was very kind and thankful for anything you done for him he loved his sweets and music and reading he will be greatly missed. Condolences to his sweet wife Mary Elliot Williams
