My Prayers for the family as Belinda was a treasured friend for many years and so many wonderful memories of her as she was a wonderful and kind lady! She was so thoughtful and never forgot my husband’s Birthday and always called and wished him a happy Birthday and the two of them would go out to have a meal as this was her gift to him! Several years ago my son and two daughters went to Chattanooga for a few days and we called her and met her to visit and have breakfast! Unfortunately my husband Clarence had passed away in Sept. of 2015 but he was with us in spirit! The years have passed swiftly and I send this out to her as she was Loved by the Rice Family and so many more that were fortunate enough to call her their special friend!
