Obituary of Judy Diane Hobbs

Judy Diane Hobbs, age 80, of Soddy-Daisy passed away passed in her home the morning of October 26, 2023. Judy was loved by all. You didn’t have to be family to be treated as such in her home. Judy spent her days taking care of family and friends, and helping those in need. She had a true love for babies, and spent countless hours helping with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When she stepped away from home, no doubt wearing her pink lipstick, she was either heading to the Smokies or the closest Cracker Barrel, both of which she frequented as much as possible. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lemual Eugene Messer and Sally Ann Lewis; her sister, Mary Neal; her son-in-law, Donnie Dennis and her grandson, Adam Dennis. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bobby Joe Hobbs; her children, Joann Hobbs King, David Hobbs, Gina Dennis; a lifelong friend, Shelia Montgomery, as well as multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will plan a memorial at a later date. A living angel we were blessed to know. Her life was a blessing, Her memory a treasure.
