I first met Ken in first grade. He had to come to school in his wheelchair due to the Rheumatoid by Arthritis. We became good friends and our mothers became friends who talked to each other on the phone and saw each other each Friday at Ruby Reddicks’ Beauty Shop where they had their hair done. Ken changed schools in first grade to Alpine Crest so he could be free to get around better. We met again at Red Bank Junior High where we were in the same math class and other classes. He never once complained about anything. He will be greatly missed. Nancy Gee
