Obituary of Anna Marie Burnett

Anna Marie Burnett Anna Marie Burnett, 84, of Soddy-Daisy, TN passed away Monday, September 17, 2023 at her home. She was a member of East Daisy Church of God and a retired seamstress at Murmaid Mattress. She loved reading, visiting with her family on the phone, plants, birds and coloring. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Burnett, parents, Doug and Frances Doss and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her sons; Samuel (Mary) Burnett, Jr. and David (Kelly) Burnett; daughter, Mary (Donald) Long; brothers, Junior Doss, James (Alice) Doss, Bobby Doss and Alan (Diannia) Doss; sister, Mellisa Aaron; several grandchildren and extended family. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Penney officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
