Obituary of Connie Darlene Hodgin

Connie Darlene Adams Hodgin, 62, of Clarkrange, TN. sadly passed on August 1, 2023 in a hospital of Chattanooga, TN. Connie was born on May 17, 1961 to her parents, Christine Adams and Henry Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Adams. At the time of her death, she was a laborer at a local warehouse, LanMills. She is survived by her spouse, Andrew “Mitch” Hodgin and his three children Michaela Dawson, Dylan and Jacqueline Hodgin. Her daughter, Leslie and husband Timothy Waldo, and their four children, Ashley & Abigail Sisco, Austin Waldo of Chattanooga, TN, and Crystal White of Athens, TN. Her son, Jackie Hargis and wife Rachel, and their two children, Jackson & Lily of Monterey, TN. Her son, Jason Hargis and his three children shared by their mother, Amy Hargis, are Lydia, Aaliyah & Jayden of Jamestown, TN. Her surviving siblings are Keith Carr, Cleda Raines and James “Jim” Adams. She has several great grandchildren as well. The family extends a very special thanks and appreciation to LanMills’ management team & coworkers for their love of our mother through all of this. Your kindness, dedication and selfless acts throughout her illness truly means more than you may ever know. There are a multitude of other loved ones who haven’t been mentioned by name, but we hope you all know you are all very near and dear to our hearts. We will have a celebration of life ceremony with interment in Mayland Cemetery.
