He was an absolute pleasure to know and serve. He had the most beautiful smile and would reach for your hand and place it on his head and face to be massaged. That was how he let you know that he liked you. To know this man was to love him. He has blessed my life, and I know I will get to see him again one day without any pain and limitations. I am a blessed person for knowing Ellison and I will never forget him.

James was an absolute blessing to serve. His smile and playfulness will be remembered always. I can remember when he was playing ball during one of his therapeutic activities and the goal was to throw the ball to his care-provider. His first toss was not close. His second toss was not any closer. It is then that we noticed the smile and he begin to laugh. He had decided that he liked us chasing the ball more. James taught us so much. Oh, he will be missed! I will see you in Heaven one day my friend!
