Dear members of the Taylor Family,
We would like to share our heartfelt condolences on the passing away of Mrs.Elizabeth Taylor who was mummy to us. Rev.Gordon Taylor and she had taken in Geeta in their home in Bhogpur when she was underground on account of her faith. From that time on they became foster parents to her. I married Geeta after few years and received the same love from them as a son-in-law. Both of them showed us the love of Christ in so many different ways. We had the privilege to host them in our home in Delhi many times and it was a great learning experience for us. Mummy would always remember us and send birthday and anniversary wishes with encouraging Bible verses. She would call Geeta regularly on phone and pray with her till she was keeping well. It is difficult to narrate all the things that she did for us. Sending the YWAM prayer dairy every year was one of them. When our children were small she sent children magazines and puzzlemania and mathmania etc for them. I think she played such caring role for hundreds of people. I will remember her humility, simplicity, living a frugal and sacrificial life and practicing generosity. We are grateful to the Lord for her life and ministry and know that she is now rejoicing in the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ whom she followed and imitated all the days of her life.
