Obituary of Luke Michael Standifer

Luke Michael Standifer passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 16, 2022. Luke was 8 years old. He was a perfect baby and instantly became “Daddy’s Little Boy”. When he was 2 years old, he became obsessed with screwdrivers, with the intention of never becoming a mechanic. Luke enjoyed playing Mine Craft, go swimming with his cousins, riding his dirt bike, attending church, movie night with his family, and drinking milk. But, he especially loved playing with his friends. He was in Miss Vidrine’s 3rd grade class at North Hamilton County Elementary School and a member of Sale Creek Church of God. Luke will always be remembered by his parents, Shaun and Lacy; siblings, Logan and Savannah; grandparents, Jerry [Dawn] Standifer, Brenda Standifer, and Curtis Harvey, many treasured aunts, uncles, cousins and an abundance of cherished friends. Greeting Luke in Heaven is his grandmother, Terry Harvey, his great grandparents, and other loved ones. Luke enjoyed life to the fullest and treasured his family and many friends. He was the sweetest, kindest, most loving soul and a joy to be around. He will forever be missed. The family will receive friends from 2:00-5:00 PM on Thursday at the church. Interment will be private in Welsh-Rogers Cemetery.
