Darrell Eugene Houchins
Darrell Eugene Houchins, 73, of Hixson, TN passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022 in a local hospital.
Darrell was retired from TVA where he worked as a computer specialist. He was a U. S. Navy veteran and had been stationed in the Philippines, Germany and Ft. Meade, MD. He enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and spending time with his family.
Darrell was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Houchins and parents, Thomas and Bertha Houchins.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Beverely Houchins; daughter-in-law, Ellen Houchins; grandchildren, Christian Byrd, Parris (Pearl Shipley) Houchins, and Kaleigh Houchins; sister, Karen Matthews and several extended family.
All services will be held privately.
