Obituary of Susan Kay Thurman

Susan Kay Thurman, 77, of Hixson, TN passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at her home.
She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church and enjoyed painting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Susan was preceded in death by her husband, John Michael Thurman and daughter, Kerri Day.
Survivors include her son, Kent Lovern, son-in-law, Chip Day, grandchildren, Rebecca Lovern, and Noland and Natalie Day, sister, Elaine (Gary) Howard, nephews, Alan Ball and Kevin Ball and great-niece, Ivy Scott Ball.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
