Obituary of Mary Ann Costin-Sizer

In loving memory of Mary Anne Costin-Sizer, age 92, of Grosse Point Woods, MI passed away January 12, 2022 Mary Anne was born October 20, 1929, in Toledo, the daughter of the late Sanford and Norma (Lapointe) Costin. Her marriage to James “Bunny” Sizer III was April 14, 1984, in Mount Clemens. James died in December 2014. Mary Anne worked for the Fraser School System as a Teacher for 40 years. She enjoyed reading, traveling, gaining new knowledge, and art. She stayed active as a member of the Red Hat Society. Mary Anne was a long time parishioner at St. Louis Catholic Church, Mount Clemens. She served as a Catholic Nun for many years. Mary Anne was a member of the Alpha Delta Theta (ADT) sorority. Surviving are three nephews, John (Janet) Costin of Tampa, FL, Sol (Mary) Costin of Brandywine, MD, and Sanford Costin IV of Orlando, FL. Preceding her in death are two brothers, Sanford III and Thomas. The family honors the memory of Mary Anne and invites you to her funeral service on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
