Kenneth Wayne Hatmaker Kenneth Wayne Hatmaker, 79, of Soddy-Daisy, TN passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 in a local hospital. He was retired from TVA as a nuclear power security guard and was a member of the Daisy Masonic Lodge #706 F&AM. He was a member and Deacon of New Salem Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and carpentry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Lola Mae Teague Hatmaker, brothers, Edward, Carl, Lowell Hatmaker and sister, Carrie Queener. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Polly Hatmaker, daughters, Melissa (Scott) Holloway and Elizabeth Flanigan, brothers, James (Levenda) Hatmaker and William (Martha) Hatmaker and granddaughter, Victoria Hatmaker. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the New Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Alan Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery, Monday, October 4, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. with Military Honors. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
