Obituary of Carol Marshall Beddingfield

Carol Marshall Beddingfield, our beloved Momma and Nana, 76, of Hixson passed away Monday, August 9, 2021. Carol was a self employed beautician, a member of Burk's United Methodist Church, and the Hardee's Club. She worshipped her kids and her family. Carol loved to dance, and was an avid fan of the Lady Vols, and UT Football. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hughey Beddingfield; parents, James Robert and Mary Gladys Long Marshall; a daughter, Tracy Campbell; and sister, Catherine Marshall Neely. Carol is survived by daughter, Vicki (Rick Roberts) Hamilton, of Cleveland; grandchildren, Tara Lemley and Zac (Brandy) Hamilton, all of Calhoun; godson, Danny Jacobs of Hixson; great-grandchildren, L.J. Lemley, Carson Lemley, Kinzley Hamilton and Mia Hamilton; one niece and one nephew. Funeral Services will be held at 2PM Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dr. Tony Collins and Rev. Elizabeth Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in Schneitman Cemetery with Zac Hamilton, Allen Neely, Danny Jacobs, Carson Lemley, L.J. Lemley, and Rick Roberts serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
