Obituary of Charles Robert Sneed

Charles Robert Sneed, 73, of Soddy-Daisy went home to be with the Lord on July 1st, 2021 with family at his side. Charles was born on May 25, 1948 to the parents of William Robert and Lorean Carden Sneed of Soddy Daisy, TN. Charles was preceded in death by his parents William Robert "Bug" and Lorean Sneed, brother, Wimpy Sneed and sister Irene Barbee. He is survived by his precious wife Lynda Burnette Sneed of 55 years, his sons; Tony (DeAnn) Sneed, Robby (Melissa) Sneed and his daughters; Tina (Cam) Ledford and Cheryl Sneed (Raymond) and his grandchildren Kayla, Will and Courtney Sneed and Isabell Ledford. His brother; Harley Sneed and sisters; Lorean (Odie) Stewart and Sherry (Terrell) Orr and several nieces and nephews. His special brother in law Herbie (Nancy) Burnette and sister in laws; Janet (Jim) Sherman and Deanie (Clifford) Sims. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was a devoted husband, father and papaw that showed his love for his family and was not ashamed to show his love for Jesus Christ. Everyone that knew him loved him. Visitation is Monday, July 5th from 4-6pm. The funeral service will follow at 6pm in the funeral home chapel with Terry Davis officiating.
