Obituary of Delmar Kenneth Mullis

Delmar Kenneth Mullis, Sr, 82, of Soddy-Daisy, TN passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 in a local hospice facility.
He was a member of the Galilean Church, Hixson and was retired from the Local Pipe and Steamfitters Local 43. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Watson Mullis and Millie Mae Stover Mullis, sisters, Martha Louise Mitchell and Geraldine Owens, brother, James Edward Mullis, Sr.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Ethel B. Mullis, son, Ken (Carmon) Mullis, daughters, Gail (Jeffery) Jacobsen, Susan (Charles) Rogers, Faye (Derek) Dobbs and Deborah (Mark) Hardin, 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 25th in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.
