My Heart is Broken. I'm sure everyone has a great Mamie Story. I know I have many and I will remember them for the rest of my life. Mamie & Jimmy were the "Life of the Party".

Loved your Mom!! Such fond memories of coming by in my younger years and hearing her say "what do you know Knocker"....sitting on the front porch in the summer listening to her police scanner and decifering the radio calls...alot of wonderful memories...Mamie was everybody's Aunt ...Our Parents generation was filled with such wonderful characters .. as kids we were so lucky to grow up during these times!! I remember the first time I met Mrs.Levi, I was in the 3rd grade...from that day forward she always called me by my name and always made sure to let me know I was always welcomed to come over to play with Mary.
