Obituary of David Fredrick Hirt

David Fredrick Hirt David Fredrick Hirt, 58, of Sale Creek, TN passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his home. He was a former employee of La-Z-Boy, Goodman and Vanguard where he had worked as a Purchasing Manager. He was of the Lutheran faith. His passions in life were hiking, riding with the top down on his convertible, football, NASCAR, the beach and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Glennis Hirt, daughter, Heather Hirt and grandmother, Bunny Perkins. Survivors include his daughters, Danielle (Brian) Smith and Christine (Shane) Watson, Parents, Harry and Donna Hirt, sisters, Darlene (Michael) Anderson, Debra (David) Smith and Elizabeth VanDelinder, grandchildren, Austin, Arica, Dylan, Logan, Aiden, Hayden, Rylan, Bristol and Gunnar and several extended family. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home.
